自商品售出之日(以實(shí)際收貨日期為準(zhǔn))起7日內(nèi)可以退換貨，15日內(nèi)可以換貨,您可在線提交返修/退換申請(qǐng)辦理退換貨事宜。具體退換貨標(biāo)準(zhǔn)如下：
退貨時(shí)請(qǐng)保持主商品完好，附件齊全，并將商品的贈(zèng)品一并返回;

2、在商品無(wú)任何問(wèn)題且不影響二次銷(xiāo)售的情況下，商家承諾：自您實(shí)際收到商品之日起7日內(nèi)可享受無(wú)理由退換商品，退換商品返回運(yùn)費(fèi)由您承擔(dān)的情況下，可以全額退款。
3、當(dāng)面驗(yàn)貨問(wèn)題：建議您在簽收務(wù)必當(dāng)面開(kāi)箱驗(yàn)貨，如商品有破損，缺失漏件等情況，請(qǐng)第一時(shí)間拍照、請(qǐng)快遞員簽字，并與商家或平臺(tái)400客服聯(lián)系，以確保您的利益不受損失。如您未在簽收時(shí)開(kāi)箱驗(yàn)貨或開(kāi)箱驗(yàn)貨時(shí)商品無(wú)問(wèn)題，事后發(fā)現(xiàn)商品有破損，平臺(tái)或商家將無(wú)法為您處理。
